What is the return policy?

All products at Tru BLüM are digital downloads, which means:

  • No physical items are shipped
  • Downloads are delivered instantly after purchase
  • Because of the digital nature, all sales are final

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the instant access customers receive, I’m unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on digital products.

But don’t worry — if you:

  • Have trouble downloading your files
  • Accidentally purchased the wrong product

How do I access my digital downloads? & when will I get it?

Right after purchase, you’ll get a link to download your files. If you're shopping on Etsy, they’ll also be available in your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews.
What do I need to use your digital products?

Most of my products can be used on:

  • iPads/tablets (with apps like GoodNotes or Notability)
  • Laptops (PDF readers or Canva for editable templates)
  • Phones (if you’re into portable planning)
